Marketing Manager

Oystershell Consumer Health is expanding and looking for a Marketing Manager to grow our Consumer Health brands in Europe. You shape brand strategy, drive sales and marketing execution, and take ownership of commercial results across markets and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Grow brands and execute go-to-market plans

• Run integrated sales and marketing activities

• Lead innovation projects with R&D, regulatory and supply

• Build and manage key accounts and distributors in Europe

• Own performance, budgets and P&L, including pricing and promotions

Qualifications

• Formal educational background in marketing demonstrating mastery of essential marketing principles and practices

• 5 years' experience in brand, sales or marketing roles

• Experience with branded products; Consumer Health or FMCG preferred

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
